This is one of his most important projects. The college will have modern classrooms and other facilities.
Along with opening the college, the Prime Minister also opened 1,675 brand-new apartments at Swabhiman Apartments in Ashok Vihar for people who live in the Jhuggi Jhopri (JJ) groups as part of the In-Situ Slum Rehabilitation Project.

This project aims to give residents a healthier place to live. It will provide them with proper services and facilities.
Prime Minister Modi also opened two city development projects. The first is the World Trade Center (WTC) in Nauroji Nagar. The second is the General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA) Type-II Quarters in Sarojini Nagar.
The WTC project changed the area by replacing more than 600 run-down quarters with modern office buildings. These towers offer about 34 lakh square feet of high-end office space with modern amenities. The GPRA Type-II Quarters have 28 blocks with more than 2,500 apartments. They have eco-friendly features. These include sewage and water treatment plants, solar-powered trash compactors, and systems that collect rainwater.
The Prime Minister also inaugurated the about ₹300 crore Integrated Office Complex of the CBSE in Dwarka. The building is eco-friendly. It includes offices, a theatre, a modern data centre, and a complete water management system.
To speed up progress before next month’s Delhi Assembly Election 2025, the Prime Minister is doing this.
A lot of people in the national capital think that these projects are part of Modi’s plan.
After the inauguration on January 3, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met to review on March 15. He wanted to check on the progress of new infrastructure and housing projects in Delhi. Officials say that more than 70% of Swabhiman Apartments in Ashok Vihar are occupied. Residents value improved sanitation, 24/7 water access, and digital utility meters. Construction of Veer Savarkar College is now at the superstructure phase. It aims to finish by December 2025. The World Trade Center in Nauroji Nagar is now open for office lease applications. Startups and central government departments can apply. PM Modi said these projects are “milestones” for changing Delhi’s city vibe and creating jobs.”
